Function: The activities of the laboratory ensures two main functions: participation in practical teaching and supporting scientific research.

Teaching:

Guide students to practice on methods and skills of analysis and assessment of pollution indicators of both domestic and industrial water supply and wastewater;

The system of continuous experiments will help students master skills in designing and operating water and wastewater treatment systems;

Certified training courses on  the skills for analyzing water pollution indicators, the design and operation of water supply and wastewater treatment systems for local environmental officials.

Research:

Supporting students to undertake graduation studies and final graduation theses;

Support research activities in scientific research projects/topics of staff and students;

Designing experimental models for visual teaching and scientific research;

Research and propose processes and technologies for wastewater and feed water treatment;

Serving the research of scientific research topics, domestic and foreign cooperation.
